Ian Brown Is Still Riding His Bike

Ian Brown Is Still Riding His Bike

New 'ish' song - 'First World Problems'

First World Problems - Ian Brown

Not Exactly new. This track dropped back in November, however I've just now discovered it now. I must say this track is a lot more up beat and playful than I thought it was going to be, and he's riding his famous Bike! If you don't know, Ian Brown was formerly in the band 'The Stone Roses', and has since been releasing his own material since. He is most well known for his 2007 single 'F.E.A.R.', which is it's own mini masterpiece of lush sweeping strings, clever lyrics and intricate guitar arpeggios. I highly advise you to check out 'F.E.A.R.' below if you have never heard it!!! It's like one of my favorite songs ever!

SECOND BEST ALBUM OF 2018 - MELODY'S ECHO CHAMBER / BON VOYAGE

SECOND BEST ALBUM OF 2018

Melody's Echo Chamber
Bon Voyage

I Just wanted to say this album was sooo close to being my favorite album of 2018. Melody returned with her fayre of psychedelic french tinted breathy angel vocals. However, even though it retread old ground, Melody certainly tried pushing Psych Rock into some interesting new directions with this release. Despite it's short run time, it says to me that in the future, she could possibly develop a REALLY interesting new sound. Check it out by clicking the YouTube link below!

My personal favorites are ‘Desert Horse’ and ‘Shirim’.

!!! Album Of The Year 2018 !!! ---> Wild Nothing - Indigo

Wild Nothing - Indigo

Previously I had never heard of this band. Turns out Wild Nothing were quite popular back in 2012 with their release 'Nocturne', that must of just slipped through the cracks for me.
Actually now I think about it 2012 was pretty batshit crazy year.

Anyway... August 31st 2018 this new album from Wild Nothing dropped.
I remember I was desperately scouring Youtube and found it by accident, which is pretty much my primary way of finding new music at the moment.
I was pretty much hooked right away and I kept coming back.
